Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: 2026-06-04
ContinuationTrades is a product of Nikklab Inc. (“Nikklab”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read this disclaimer carefully before using ContinuationTrades. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the disclaimer below.
Not Financial or Investment Advice
ContinuationTrades is an informational market-data and analytics tool. Nothing on this website, in the dashboard, in any alert delivered by email, in any blog post, or in any communication from us constitutes:
- Investment advice,
- A recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument,
- An offer or solicitation to engage in any transaction,
- Legal, tax, or accounting advice.
We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or any other type of regulated financial professional. If you need advice tailored to your circumstances, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
You Are Solely Responsible for Your Trading Decisions
Any decision to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument is solely your responsibility. The alerts, scans, and signals produced by the Service are pattern-detection outputs from a software system — they are not endorsements, predictions, or guarantees of any kind.
Trading Involves Substantial Risk of Loss
Trading securities — and particularly small-cap, low-float, and momentum stocks of the kind frequently surfaced by the Service — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment, and in some cases all of your capital. Leveraged trading magnifies this risk further.
Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results
Any historical alert data, win rates, or performance figures shown in the Service reflect past results in specific market conditions. They are not a guarantee of future performance and should not be relied on for any forward-looking decision. Markets change; what worked yesterday may not work today.
Hypothetical and Backtested Results
Any backtested, simulated, or hypothetical results displayed in the Service have inherent limitations. Unlike actual trading, simulated results do not involve real capital, real execution slippage, real liquidity constraints, or the emotional impact of being in a position. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Market Data Accuracy
We source market data from third-party providers. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver timely, accurate data, we make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be delayed, missing, or incorrect due to upstream issues. Do not rely solely on the Service for time-sensitive decisions; verify against your broker or another primary source.
No Custody, No Brokerage, No Execution
ContinuationTrades is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian. We do not hold customer funds, custody any securities, or execute, clear, or settle trades. Every order is placed with, routed by, and executed through your own brokerage account. We receive no compensation from any broker for routing or referrals.
Order Routing and Trading Connectivity
Where the Service lets you place orders, it does so only as a technical convenience. ContinuationTrades connects to your brokerage account through our third-party connectivity partner, SnapTrade, and forwards the order you initiate to your broker for execution. ContinuationTrades is simply a tool that brings scanning, charting, and broker connectivity together in one place — it is not a party to your trades. Execution, pricing, fills, rejections, cancellations, margin, buying power, and settlement are handled solely by SnapTrade and your broker under their own terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for every order you place and for reviewing it before and after it is sent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContinuationTrades is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim of any kind arising from or related to trades routed through SnapTrade or your broker, including without limitation erroneous, delayed, duplicate, partial, missed, or rejected orders, price slippage, outages, or connectivity failures. If you do not agree, do not use the trading-connectivity feature.
Forward-Looking Statements
Communications from the Service may contain forward-looking statements based on current expectations. These statements involve risks and uncertainties; actual results may differ materially.
Jurisdiction
We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or legal for use in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you wherever you access the Service.
Consult a Professional
If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, consult an independent, licensed financial adviser, attorney, or tax professional before acting on any information from the Service.
