ContinuationTrades is a real-time momentum and continuation scanner for US small-cap and large-cap equities. It is a product of Nikklab Inc. (“Nikklab”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Why this exists
Most scanners are built for institutional desks: too expensive, too rigid, and tuned for sizes a retail trader will never put up. The few that target retail are stuck on TradingView screeners that miss the open or Discord groups with two-minute alert latency. We built ContinuationTrades for the trader sitting at the desk who wants to see a setup the moment it qualifies — not after the move is over.
Who builds it
ContinuationTrades is built and operated by Nikklab — a small, focused team. Every alert rule, every threshold, every dashboard feature is something we picked because we'd want it as a user. When something breaks, you get an answer from the people who can actually fix it.
What we do
- Stream live momentum and continuation alerts across small-cap and large-cap US equities, 4 AM to 8 PM ET.
- Surface each ticker's profile, float, news history, and key levels — HOD / LOD / premarket-high — one click from any alert.
- Surface halt + resume events the moment they hit the tape, across all halt codes.
- Run an alert pipeline tuned for low latency — new movers qualify in roughly 2.5 seconds and UPDATE alerts fire on the 1-second aggregate stream.
What we don't do
ContinuationTrades surfaces patterns. It does not predict prices, tell you to buy or sell, send paid “VIP signals”, run an algorithm on your behalf, or take a cut of your trades. Every alert is a software trigger firing on a public, documented rule. What you do with it is your call.
We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. See the risk disclaimer for the long version.
What we don't yet support
We focus on US equities and aim to do that one thing exceptionally well before broadening. Options, futures, crypto, and international equities are not on the platform today.
How we think about reliability
The scanner ingests market data from Polygon over WebSocket and REST. The dashboard fans data out to your browser through a custom low-latency pipeline engineered to stay flat at the 9:30 ET open and 4:00 PM ET close — the two moments most scanner architectures get into trouble. When something does break, the status page shows you what.
