How fast are alerts?+

Yes. Volatility (LULD) and news halts fire an alert the moment a qualified ticker is halted, and a resume alert — with the reopening price — the instant it trades again. So you're never caught off guard by a stopped or re-opening name.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. One click in account settings — no questions, no retention calls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. It's a web dashboard. Works in any modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet or phone. The layout adapts to the screen: on a phone the movers list, the chart and the trade panel each get the full width, with a bar at the bottom to switch between them.

Can I trade from the dashboard?+
Yes, with moomoo. Connect your moomoo account and place market or limit orders in one tap right from the chart, with live position and P&L. Trades execute in your own moomoo account; ContinuationTrades doesn't hold funds and never executes anything itself. It's optional: leave it off and the scanner and charts work exactly the same. Other brokers aren't supported yet.
Can I review past days?+
Yes. Pick any of the last 30 trading days from the date selector and the whole dashboard rewinds to it in read-only replay — that day's movers, alerts, charts, and news exactly as they happened. A month of recent history for studying setups and reviewing what moved and when.
Do you have a referral program?+
Yes. Once you're a paying member you get a referral link in your account. When a new member you refer becomes a paying subscriber, you both get a free month — added automatically as account credit on your next invoice. You can earn up to 4 referral rewards.
When is the referral free month credited?+
After your referred friend has genuinely converted to paid — specifically once they've made two settled monthly payments (or one annual payment) plus a short verification hold of about 10 days with no refund or dispute. Only brand-new customers count; self-referrals and shared payment cards don't qualify. If you cancel or your friend gets refunded during the window, that reward is voided.
